Return Policy

The products we ship are tested by manufacturers to be nearly 100% defect-free; still we'll reimburse you and notify the manufacturer in case you get defective products.

Reimbursement

For the returned products we'll issue a credit memo which will credit your account on the shop. You can use this credit to make purchases. If you can show that you were extremely unhappy, we'll make sure you get some bonus.
