1926 P Saltiel creates La Mondiale company with 12 workers in Fresnoy-Le-Grand (North of France, close to Paris) well-known for its knitting know-how.
1927 Charles Lindbergh - the first to fly the Atlantic alone - lands in Paris at Le Bourget Airport. La Mondiale becomes Le Bourget in reference with the most famous French airport.
The 30’s/40’s Based on its quality products and new Nylon technology, Le Bourget brand and acknowledgement grow strongly in the French market.
The 50’s/60’s Brigitte Bardot, glamour icon, wears Le Bourget Hosiery and exports French Femininity across borders!
The 70’s/80’s Le Bourget launches its most famous and traditional signature : Voilance
Since 1999Italian CSP International Fashion Group becomes the new owner of Le Bourget. The new Board moves the brand from Tradition to Fashion in accordance with new French Femininity.
