Returns

The products we ship are tested by manufacturers to be nearly 100% defect-free; still we'll reimburse you and notify the manufacturer in case you get defective products. We will bear the costs of returning the products with B Mail (B-Post).

IMPORTANT: Before sending the goods back, please contact us first  to inform about the problems you're having. If a product has defects please attach a picture so we can address the issue quicker. Of course you also have the right to send us the products without prior notice.

Reimbursement

For the returned products we'll issue a credit memo which will credit your account on the shop. You can use this credit to make purchases. If you can show that you were extremely unhappy, we'll make sure you get some bonus.
