General Terms and Conditions

The following General Business Terms and Conditions apply:

1. Payment conditions

You can select from the following methods of payment:
Our account details for your pre-payment are set out in our confirmation email which you receive automatically after completing the order. Your order is despatched immediately once the money has been transferred. The payment period for pre-payment purchases  is 10 days.
In cases of delayed payment, reminder fees can be charged. All further expenses that accrue in connection with collecting overdue payments will likewise be charged to the customer. If reminder letters are unsuccessful, the right to receive the invoice amounts can be assigned to a company that specializes in collection. In this case, interest can be charged at an effective annual rate of up to 15% from the date on which payment was originally due. The collections company will assert all claims in its own name and on its own account and will also be able to charge additional processing fees.
Payment with credit and debit cards
Your secure credit and debit card payments are made possible by PostFinance. PostFinance meets all current security standards.
Payment with PayPal
You can debit your order directly to your PayPal account.

2. Delivery conditions, exchange and return

Prettify delivers its unique product selection to Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically with your address information. In no way we are trying to make money with the delivery costs, they rather are a symbolic contribution that covers only a part of the handling effort and shipping costs.

  • B-Post Priority, delivered within 2-4 working days.
    » 5.- CHF. Offered for free for orders over 70.- CHF

The products we ship are tested by manufacturers to be nearly 100% defect-free; still we'll reimburse you and notify the manufacturer in case you get defective products. We will bear the costs of returning the products with B Mail (B-Post).

IMPORTANT: Before sending the goods back, please contact us first  to inform about the problems you're having. If a product has defects please attach a picture so we can address the issue quicker. Of course you also have the right to send us the products without prior notice.

For the returned products we'll issue a credit memo which will credit your account on the shop. You can use this credit to make purchases. If you can show that you were extremely unhappy, we'll make sure you get some bonus.

3. Prices

As a small business 101senses LLC and are exempt from VAT.

4. Quality guarantee

In case of material or manufacturing faults, please contact our customer support department immediately. With technical articles, the enclosed guarantee regulations apply in addition to statutory warranty rights.

5. Retention of title

The merchandise remains the property of until it is paid for in full.

6. Final provisions

Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, this does not render the entire contract ineffective. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by the relevant legal provision. Swiss law applies exclusively to this contract. Place of jurisdiction and performance is the city of Zurich, Switzerland.
